My June and July

Oh yes! I finally have the time to relax! :)

What a hectic week... more like hectic weekS. I had midterms the week before, right after that was my National Forum competition, and then i spent the next few days rushing all the homework and stuff i missed out! I still don't have the time to catch up on City Hunter. I mean.. everyone is going crazy over this drama, and well, mainly because, its Lee Min Ho. And that's definitely a good enough reason to watch it haha. 

This was my birthday cake from mommy and daddy, didn't really celebrate this year thanks to midterms but it was a nice birthday anyway :)

I'm sixteen but i have the face of a six year old. tsktsk.

That night, i met up with Kok Ken, my good friend from primary school @ Secret Recipe. We caught up with each other and it was really nice seeing him after so long! Thank you for celebrating my birthday with me! 

The next day was the last day of exams so my friends decided to treat me to movie and lunch at Mid Valley. We had Thai food... because i love thai food and we watched Xmen. The movie was nice but that metal helmet thingy seriously damn potong steam. Magneto even wore it in red towards the end of the movie. -__-'

Had a great day that day. Lotsa love to Jess, Joelle, Jsern and Henry! Yiwen, Sophia, Ah Boon, Ywai and Wan Rong were missed :)

A week before the forum competition, Ming Suey, Yieu Nee, Xiao May, Yiwen and I moved into the school hostel so we could undergo brutal training for nationals. We spent most of our time gossiping, eating and sleeping actually, but we did work hard as well... i think :O

Yiwen and I at the official opening on Monday night at DBP. I remember how nervous we got after seeing the other competitors! It gave us the kick to work harder!

Competition Day 1! KC Choir and Chelsea's big day. We came to give support and well also, because we didn't want to go to school :P

That night, we did our final practice because it is our "ritual" not to rehearse at all on the day of the competition. Cikgu Lida even stayed with us all night.. and bought us satay! :)

Ming Suey probably went crazy after practicing the whole night. Oh no wait... she's always like that!

I remember i was so sienz with memorizing the script over and over again. Never talked so much in my life, i guess the shirt really does match the scene.

Yieu Nee was really the hostel "mom" for all of us. She practically took care of everyone and made sure everyone was comfy and full! xx :)

In the end, we got first! We were so relieved / shocked because the other teams looked really confident so we kinda didn't expect too much. Partly also because we screwed up the soalan that the judge had asked us. We just hoped for the best :)

With the champions for Forum Remaja. They were really really very nice. We met them backstage and I remember telling each other that we would win without a doubt. And hey, we really did! :') But i don't know why this picture is out of focus lol.

Not only did we win first for nationals, we also got Pengerusi Terbaik and Ahli Panel terbaik which was a great great honour. I guess our hard work paid off.

That's all for this post. I'm going to spend the rest of the day just chillaxing... because i haven't been able to do that in a long time. Oh... and maybe i'll go shopping later with all the extra cash... hmmmmm....

Oh WAIT. I forgot... these were from last week when i spent the day with cousins. Emily in pink in a pink toilet. You can totally go blind of pink when you're sitting on the toilet bowl or brushing your teeth in there. But this little girl seems to love it :O

Dinner that Saturday night. I forgot where we went but we all had a few drinks and it was a great night.

I still had energy to shop after that lol. Okay now really, that's it for this post. Adios amigos x
