MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Ho ho ho! It's that time of year again! Just a lil more than a week to go and its back to school for us... which kinda sucks because next year will definitely be hell. I am already exhausted just thinking about the long nights and the amount of Red Bull i'll be shoving down my throat to keep me awake. BUT, i have faith in us all. We will survive...... Hopefully :)

The thing i love most about Christmas are the songs, except for that one... 'Grandma got run over by a Reindeer' song. Like WTF? Why would you be caroling about that anyway? But enough about that because K-pop idols have some of the best Christmas songs. My all time favourite is This Christmas by JYP Nation! It was released in 2010 but i'm still watching it. (especially the last 30 seconds :P)

SMTOWN also released a Christmas album with the first single 'Santa You are the One' by Super Junior. It's so cute listening to them sing in Engrish :P Although the song wasn't as nice as i hoped for it to be, imma post it anyway because... it's total eye candy likewise.

Another favourite song from SMTOWN's Winter album is Diamond by Girls Generation. Their pronounciation was PERFECTTTT i was so impressed. Despite the fact Jessica and Tiffany were from the USA, the other members did extremely well too. If you're spending Christmas alone, i hope these songs will keep you company! (^____^)

I've been spending my holidays sleeping and eating and watching dramas. Very productive, really. You can bet i'm gonna continue soaking all this lazyness in while i still can. The only helpful thing i've done the whole holidays was probably helping my mom make tong yuen for the Winter Solis a couple of days ago. I wanted to make them look really cute but it was an epic fail. At least it tasted good though :'(

Anyway, last week i went for lunch and a movie with Marcus and Jean.We watched Mission Impossible 4, which was a great movie btw. Had lunch at Kim Gary and then bumped into my aunt and my little cousin brother. I was like 'ZOMGGGG OF ALL AUNTS. THE HORROR.' But she was so kind to pay for our lunch and i was really damn paiseh that time. Luckily the two boys went over and chatted with my aunt for awhile, and i think they made a good impression wahaha.

Jean had this brilliant idea to go into the theater really early... and both of them started to act like total nerds on crack. But it was so hilarious i had to record it. There is another very embarrassing video which i have made the wise decision to not upload... YET. It might come in handy for some blackmailing in the near future. Or when one of them becomes rich and famous.

On Thursday, i went for bowling and another movie with Amanda, Jean and Marcus. This time, we watched Alvin and the Chipmunks... which was.... so.... so.... boring... THANKS MARCUS for picking that show, ugh. We couldn't do much because we had to rush home for reunion dinner. It was a fun day though. Pretty embarrassing towards the end but still.. fun :)

K. Let me talk about Donghae now. Haven't spazzed about him here for a long time :P Eunhyuk and Donghae have a new song out called Oppa Has Risen. Its a fun, funky 70-ies disco style song about the live of a playboy. It's very catchy so you should definitely listen to it. OR JUST STARE AT HIS FACE... that's totally up to you :)

我可能不会爱你 (A Taiwanese drama) just ended, and it was a reaaaaaaaally good show. Thirteen episodes of laughs and tears alongside the three leading characters 程又青李大仁 and 丁立威. If you haven't watched it you should... because every one i know who has watched it is in love with this drama! Don't say i didn't tell you.

But that's not the main point. BECAUSE... DENGDENG! Donghae and Siwon have a new Taiwanese drama out called 华丽的挑战! This show is, and i'm sorry to say, utter rubbish. But of course i'm not watching it for the storyline (LOL). Donghae plays Sho Fuwa, a real ass in the drama, but undoubtedly hot. Yes you are right, i am a shallow bitch.

CUTE, no? So please watch it even if the show makes no sense at all. Here, i'll even put a GIF of Donghae pouting. This one really is 'yeoja killer' (woman killer: lyrics from his new song)!

A few days ago, i visited my long time best friend Rachel Chee at Garden International School for her MUFTI Day along with the gang and Junee. I ~~had to wake~~ woke up at 6.50AM ~~just~~ to open the gate for Joelle... because i am that awesome. You know what we ended up doing at 7 in the morning? TETRIS BATTLE ON FACEBOOK. I should really stop, before i end up more lifeless than i already am.

After walking around the school compound and meeting some of Rachel's friends, we bought food and sat down to eat. And that's when the camwhoring began :P

Yesterday, my family and I went to celebrate my dad's birthday at Ribs by Vinyl in Bangsar. And guessing from the name of the restaurant, we all ate... that's right. Ribs. Pork ribs to be exact and it was de-li-cious. For all that meat and wine, i say it was RM400 well spent.

Wah. I bet he enjoys the bone breaking.

All time favourites - Apple crumble & a chocolate brownie. THIS is why i am gaining so much weight ugh.

If you've been stalking me on Twitter then you'll know that i've gone completely crazy over MBLAQ. I've always thought they looked good but after watching their variety shows and performances (over and over again), its safe to say that i L-♥-V-E Lee Joon and Dara's little brother, Chun Doong aka Thunder. MIR is really cute too. Aiya i like them all la!

YES. I am fully aware that he has makeup and glitter on but WHAAAAT-EEEE-VERR. Come and talk to me when you look half as good as him in eyeliner.

School's out!! (♥ v ♥)

On our last day of school, we celebrated by crushing J-Sern's ego, why of course! ♥ OMG I FORGOT... i shouldn't say stuff like that, I'll get threatened by J-Sern's 十万大军.............. or should call it 十万嫩草 :S

A very very long time ago, Jessica, Yiwen, Henry and I celebrated Ah Boon's sweet sixteen birthday at Sunway Pyramid! Joelle and Sophia couldn't make it because they were in Singapore, and J-Sern... because... well, he broke his mom's stove, hehehehahahaha no. I'm not kidding. (._.)

Anyway, we had lunch at this western place called Capriccosa and watched Real Steel. I liked the movie a lot... guess robot boxing amuses me in some odd way?? K la Dakota Goyo is cute la.

On the way back home, Boon and Henry were sleeping like pigs in the car, which left me staring into thin air wondering what they did last night. But yea, at least i was the first to get home :)

Last Tuesday was the last day of school (HOORAY) and it was a day well spent! We were at school until 11am, and basically the whole student body teleported to either Mid Valley, Pavilion or Sunway after that.

那些年，我们一起追的女孩 was a movie we had wanted to watch together since last year, and we didn't want anyone from our gang to miss out on it. SO, we had to change dates again and again, until finally today was the day we did! It was definitely a perfect full stop to the our Form 4 school year :)

After the movie, we continued with the Taiwanese fest by having dessert at Snowflake. It was our farewell treat for Miss Anita since it was her last day teaching us! After that, we met up with Junee and Jean and chit chatted at the bowling alley. IKR, of all places to talk. Anyway, Joelle and I reached home at 5pm and stalked people on Facebook again hehehe it's what we do best.

We're gonna miss you, teacher! ALL THE BEST! X

Weekend in Bandung, Indonesia!

Happy Holidays everyone! I actually have like 2 Vlogs i haven't got to editing yet because, well... i'm lazy. And i didn't have the time la but I'll get to that soon enough. Anyway, let's start off with my trip to Bandung, Indonesia now, shall we?

On Nov 5, Joelle, myself and our moms had to wake up at THREE IN THE MORNING to catch our 6am flight to Bandung. Our main and only purpose of going there was to, like every one else who went there, shop. But i can speak for both of us that clothes weren't the only thing we got from the trip, we experienced and learnt a lot as well.

The culture shock started from the second we landed at Husein Sastranegara International Airport because it was SO different from KLIA and even, LCCT. There were houses beside the airport runways, because Java is so densely populated, home to 135 million people to be exact. (60% of Indonesia's population)

Before we even checked into the hotel, we went to our first shopping outlet, Rumah Mode, which i'm sure every one who has visited Bandung has been to. It was 9am in the morning when my dad called me, "Girl, have you all gotten your luggage yet and how are you gonna get a taxi to the hotel and blablabla." and i was like "DADDY CALL YOU LATER I'M ALREADY IN THE CHANGING ROOM NOW." Hilarious.

I only have pictures of the outside because who would be holding a huge camera when they are shopping la, right. Basically its just a huge place with racks after racks of dresses/accessories/bags.

After 4 or 5 hours in that place, we had our lunch at the cafe there, or was it like a cafeteria i couldn't tell. I just remembered being really really hungry and thirsty!

We ate this, which is called Nasi Goreng Kemripik. Damn was it SPICY!! I was the only smart ass who wanted to try spicy, Joelle and my mom repeatedly told the waiter 'TAK MAU PEDAS' Heh, nevermind. It tasted good.

Java Bean? I suspect this is Java's Coffee Bean or something. Nice environment, very different from the streets of Bandung. Prolly because its a tourist destination so they made it look really high class.

In the afternoon is when we FINALLY checked into Hotel Sensa, where we stayed on the highest floor which wasn't bad. I knocked out on the bed the second my head touched the pillow, i was exhausted :3

After our power nap, it was off to MORE SHOPPINGGGGG! Where we went to in the evening, i am not sure because it began to rain very heavily, it was cold and we had to walk from bungalow to bungalow, with our shoes and feet covered in mud. I was screaming and complaining because everyone knows la, i memang 公主病 but THEN... there came these little kids holding umbrellas, WHO WEREN'T WEARING ANY SHOES, earning a living by shading tourists who didn't have umbrellas. It was heart breaking, honestly. Even if we had given them all the small change and coins we had, each little boy would've only gotten like what... 1000 rupiah? Which is 35 cents! So of course, i didn't go "Ew ew ew ew ew my shoes are wet" anymore for the rest of the day laaaahh!

And guess what, we had JAPANESE for dinner hahahahaha. It tasted awesome by the way, can see why the place was packed with people.

Day Two was even more tiring than the first day, and i didn't take many pictures because it was raining the wholeeeeeeee day, pretty depressing. There were many boutiques, even though most of the clothes didn't suit our taste, it was fun just taking it all in.

Breakfast by the pool side, which tasted SOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOD. The picture above was only my first serving la k. We spent almost 2 hours on breakfast i think, just eating and eating. With so much good food, the only thing Joelle Teoh wanted to eat was HONEY STARS. Wo de tian -_-'.

We skipped lunch because we were still full from breakfast. Later in the afternoon, we had tea at this bakery? called Kartika Sari, really famous in Indonesia for their layer cakes and brownies and delicious pastries. So basically all we did the whole day was shop and eat, no don't judge.

See! Even Indonesia loves Hello Kitty, teeheehee! :)

Now here's a little story about how we got back to the hotel after tea. It was already dark and cold, and we waited for 15 minutes in the rain before the first taxi showed up. We knew that it costs around 12 000 rupiah to get back to our hotel, but he wanted to charge us 25 000 instead. We were like cheh, cut throat, slam door, 不希罕 .

But after that, we had to wait another HALF AN HOUR before a man came up to us and asked us if we needed a ride. Girls, you know that our moms have told us a million times NOT TO GET INTO A STRANGER'S CAR, but this time, it was our mom's who actually agreed to it. When Joelle and I got into the car, as in sync as we always were, both looked in the boot to see if there were, you know, ropes? knives? A pistol? or anyONE who was trying to... i don't know.........maybe RAPE US TO OUR DEATH?!?! But thank god, the guy was a licensed taxi driver, who didn't drive a taxi. Yes, sounds odd but i rather not think about it anymore.

(A reason why i was scared he had a gun: People sell guns... oustide our hotel.... on the rodsides........O.O)

It wasn't until later that we realized the Indonesian rupiah really messed. with. our. minds. maaaaan. Even if the first taxi driver wanted to charge us double, it was only like, an extra.... 4 ringgit. What the efffffffffffffff yoooooo, 4 ringgit in exchange for 30 mins in the rain and probably even our lives? I say it was a "PRETTY GOOD DEAL" we blew off.

I think Joelle and I had J CO Yogurt for every night we were in Bandung, trols. It's cheaper there if i'm not mistaken, and its better we eat there because i scared someone will forget her retainer thus causing the boys to search though J CO's entire day of rubbish for it again. (inside joke and a very, very long story)

Some restaurant we ate at... after dessert. Hehehehehehehehe nevermind la, shopping burns a lot of carbs anyways.

At midnight, Joelle and I went to this balcony like thingy at the hotel, for some girl on girl talk :) Chatted away until we were the only ones there left, i guess we never run out of things to say. HAIZ JOELLE, IF ONLY YOU WERE A GUY.

Anyway, it was an enjoyable trip even though it was short. I won't blog about the third day because i have no pictures :( Will definitely blog more now that the holidays are here so, stay tuned! Tata! :)

Hey there! Now that exams are over, i finally got myself to blog again. Basically what happened this past month was: I fell sick. I recovered. Had my finals. And fell sick again. :( Other than that, I've just been staying at home and watching endless movies and dramas... because i am THAT lifeless, trols :P

Yesterday i met up with Rachel and Joelle at Mid Valley just to loiter around. We did the typical girl stuff, and ate a lot more than we should have. But it was really nice catching up with Rach again. I guess we can never run out of stuff to gossip about. ♥

After eating at Delifrance and dessert, Miss Joelle Teoh was still hungry so we went to Starbucks and... ate some more again. Of course, we had to take pictures la. My camera and phone are filled with their camwhores btw... I should really get to uploading them haha!

A few nights ago, parents and I went to have Sushi Zanmai for dinner. I paid for that dinner WTF. My dad ordered like he was never going to get a chance to eat again. I finally understand the pressure of taking care of a family. But heh, I'd probably never get married anyway :P

I didn't really take any photos because I was too busy stuffing myself. Good service and good food, no wonder there's always a long queue outside at the branch in The Gardens. It's the reason why i hardly eat at Sushi King or Sakae Sushi anymore.

Last week, I went to Pavilion with Joelle because we wanted to pamper ourselves after exam. So, we decided to go for a fish spa at Kenko. It was pretty hilarious because i was the only one screaming for the first 15 minutes of the spa... because.. well... i'm scared of fish. And i don't know why i agreed to it. But, i have to admit, it was pretty relaxing after my nerves went down. I shall dare myself to try the big fish next time. Joelle was so chill btw. Like a monk. With her feet in a pool of fish. #swag

We treated ourselves to gelato after the spa and met up with Henry for a bit. The ice cream is actually a lot of bigger than it seems. It was like what, 40 bucks? But oh did it taste good.

A few weeks ago, my friends and I went to the Korean Music Wave at Stadium Merdeka and i haven't got to blog about it until now, which is sad. I so did not regret going because i got to see FT Island (Hong Ki omggg), Teen Top (CHUNJI omgggg), UKISS (0330 and Neverland and Bingeul Bingeul omggggg), 4Minute (#$%^*()@(HYUNA&*()(^#$%^&*(), Park Jung Min (HOTTTT), and last but not least, my boys from BigBang (Seungri, GD and TOP)!

(Picture credits to Entertainment Korea.) We were singing along to every single song to every single band. The guard had to potong steam several times because we were dancing and singing to 4Minute a little too crazily i think. Other than that, it was awesome and i loved them all! (^__^)

After this concert, i really want to go to 2PM's Hands Up Asia Tour on November 25th, because i've been all googly eyed at Nichkhun for the past few weeks. Can't be helped.

Yaaaayy I have four days off i have four days off! Sorry for the late blog entries but yay i have four days offffff!!! :) You DO NOT know what a day without school for Kuen Cheng students mean, i tell you. After being tortured, teared, torn, pressure-cooked and dried out in the sun, we're like dogs finally freed from their cages. Feels fantaaaaastic ♥

So today is Malaysia Day, is it not? Frankly speaking, i don't really know what today is all about. Isn't our national independence day on 31st August? Or do we have two of those? Either way, my lack of interest definitely goes against the 800 word piece i wrote on patriotism (and i think the whole Form 4 wrote) for our BM essay exam! This goes to show that........ it was all........ bullshit :P Not that patriotism ain't important, just that i, of all people, wouldn't know anything about it.

I wish i had more to blog about, but i don't :( Since a few have requested for more Kpop........ here are a some songs i've been tuning into recently:

Neverland. I'm not really a crazy U-KISS fan but i gotta admit that this song is really addictive, even after listening to it many times. Definitely lived up to their previous single 0330, which is also one of my favourites.

This next one is Step by Kara. I only have one comment for this video: PARK GYURI IS A GODDESS. Like seriously. Good song overall, heard that Ryan Seacrest even praised it on his blog :)

Speaking of Kpop, is anyone going for the Korean Music Wave on 24th September?! GD&TOP, Seungri, 4Minute, U-KISS, Ft Island, Teen Top and more will be there, and so will I! Really excited for that, since I'll be going with friends, it's sure to be a great night.

Now for films: Read the book, and a few days ago, i finally watched the movie! Yes, it's P&P starring Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Bennet. I think it was a 2005 movie, but i didn't watch it until now. Pride and Prejudice makes me want to take a "break" from the 21st century and go back in time. You know, back to when there was no Facebook, Twitter, cellphones, television and what not. Back to the times when people went to balls, danced, drew, read and when there were actual GENTLEMEN.

Technology has sucked the souls out of us. We can't even have a proper conversation without refreshing the Twitter timeline or checking our Facebook homepage every 5 minutes. The era of art and literature is long gone... and it's saddening :( Oh well, time to eat my dinner. Till next time! :)

She Facebooked, Tweeted, Tumblred and all of a sudden... she looks at the date on the wall... 3TH SEPTEMBER 2011 and went OHMYGODWHATTHE ITS SEPTEMBER ALREADY?"

Yes that's exactly what happened this morning. I swear, i had no idea it was already September. I guess i've been too caught up relaxing that i forgot that we only had a week's holiday :X It just hit me that i still have Chinese class test, PM class test, computer class test, maths homework, 3 karangan and i bet there's still a whole lot of other stuff i forgot about. Haven't done a single one yet but hey, that's what 升旗典礼 is for right? Trololololololol :)

Moral of today's story is:

TIME FLIES WHEN YOU'RE HAVING FUN.

So make the most of it while you still can!

Yesterday was my friend, Valerie's party @ Mon't Kiara to celebrate her return to Malaysia for good *yayers!* It was so nice to see everyone again, brings back so many great memories from some years ago. We must meet up soon because half a day was barely enough :(

The girl on the left *pointsup* is Jia Yu, my primary schoolmate. We used to be good friends back in Standard...... 3 until she transferred to another school and BAM next thing you know, it's 7 years later. Huei Minn and I also have known each other for many years but ever since high school we hardly get to meet up. So yeaaaaaaaaah, kinda miss the good ol' days :'( OH and the other girl's Joelle............ Meh. (kidding ha-ha)

Today's post is a little random. I'm just blogging because it's raining outside... if there's any relevance between the two at all.

Last Sunday, i met up with my bffffff Rachel Chee Kye Wen. Yes, i must type her full name. Know whyyyyyyy? Well, because her chinese name is so make-fun-able. Chee cheong fun, chee ma gan... and some other bad word i shall not type here because i am awesome and i do NOT always sometimes swear. Anyway, i love her like Donghae loves Eunhyuk. *Eunhae bromance ftw!*

Jessica and I have been swooning over the two boys these past few days and then yesterday, THE GIF. IMAGE. BELOW. POPPED. UP. Gawd did we scream!!! I guess a lot of people have no idea what i'm talking about... which is why i shall stop ranting here :)

If you know me well enough, i usually spend a few good periods in class a day either sleeping or daydreaming like nobody's business (but today was a pleasant exception). I don't really know why i like dozing off in class so much but i have come up with a list... which i think is true for most of us.

1. The teachers sing lullabies in class.

Gawd i swear this is true! There MUST be a reason why as soon as some teachers say TAKE FIVE, all 7 of our foreheads touch the table. 2. I feel sleepy after eating.

.... and mind you i am always eating in class no matter in the computer lab / physics lab / whether i'm sitting at the back or in front. I am a sad child who grew up with absolutely no special gifts or abilities at anything... except for secretly eating in class. I'll eat chips, fish, sandwiches... hell yesterday i had 3 bananas during chemistry. What do you want me to do when i'm hungry? Starve like the handsome down there? D:

But of course, i do occasionally get caught. And that's when our 班规 comes in --

尽量不要上课时吃东西.

(You just can't argue with the law.)

3. I love daydreaming.

If my eyes are closed but i'm not really sleeping, I am daydreaming. Can you consider it daydreaming if your eyes are closed? Okay i don't know but i love thinking about what great things COULD happen to me, even if its just a 0.0000000000000000001 in a million chance. For example: I am 21 years old and on a business trip to Korea for a week. My boss is nice enough to buy me a business class ticket, where i sooooo happen to sit next to Lee Donghae *giggles* He asks me why i am going to Korea and i sooooo happen to know how to speak Korean. We get along really well for the 6 hours in the plane and i soooooo happen to stay in a hotel near his dorm. He invites me over for dinner and proposes and we get married and we have beautiful babies named Lee Dongho and Lee Minhae. Don't laugh. It could happen.

When i'm down with the blues...

Here's a little advice. Never compare yourself to anyone else. Why? Simple. There will always be another girl, who can get anything she wants just by pouting her lips. There will always be another guy, who can get superb results without even touching the book. Life is unfair, and everyone has to DEAL. WITH. IT. No point crying over things that don't go your way, because nothing is going to change the fact that it is happening!

This is i what i learnt this week. If you are going to compare yourself to other people, in every aspect possible, you are going to gain a lot of tears, a lot of white hair and a lot of wrinkles. Now, unless you are ready to wear spandex and knit blankets for your grandchildren, don't start comparing. Friendly competition is good because it drives you to be better, but if you let the competition get a hold of you (and if you don't win), you are going to fall into a big shit hole and no one can get you back up but yourself.

I'm not gonna go to all the 'You are special no matter what anyone says' shit because everyone says that to everyone... so are you really that special after all? Haha okay... that so did not help me prove my point. All i can say is, you are not alone when it comes to feeling insecure about your looks or your talents, which brings me to the music video below! Tadaa!

When i feel crappy or very emotionally unstable, i turn to music... and occasionally food. I lock myself in the bedroom, grab some Baskin Robbins, and rape my Ipod's replay button (guilty). All girls should listen to 2NE1's Ugly! It's been stuck in my head for weeks now and i love the lyrics, search for translation la of course. If you so happen to feel under appreciated today, this is the song to hear!

You can't win it all so save the tears for something worth crying for. Just grab a cup of tea, chillax, and listen to this next Korean song that i want to recommend. (Anti kpop-ers can just... well... leave harharhar) It's called I Remember by Bang Yong Gook. B2ST's Yoseob sang the chorus to this song and it sounds really good, especially with earphones plugged in.

Miss Jessica lai, did you cry? YOU CRIED DIDN'T YOU? Well, i almost did..... at the end :'( Now this next one is for all you Sones out there - Girls' Generation's Bad Girl. I'm sure everyone knows who SNSD are... which makes my life a lot easier. The song is alright, but if you listen to it a couple more times, you'll find yourself humming to it during Sejarah class :O At least that's what happened to me (oh no). For the people who attended the Music Palace concert, i need not say that KC totally rocked the stage and the rock zone last night. And for the people who didn't, i really don't know how to explain how high everyone was. And no i have no pictures. Because i was too busy shouting. And jumping. And screaming. You'll have to wait for Sophia to upload because she was the only one in a sea of crazy people who could tahan not jumping up and down, and focused on taking pictures. You gotta love that girl.

Hey everyone! I've been really busy for the past week so bear with me, while i get my second VLog done by next week... i hope. This whole week has been fully dedicated to my darling boys of Super Junior! Yes, you heard me! Super Junior's 5th and last album (for now) has just been released! Drama, drama, drama.

I believe half of all the problems we face, without a doubt, are created by ourselves. Most of them are exaggerated, made more serious than what they really are. There's only one reason to this, and one reason only. People need drama. People love drama. This is why reality shows, day time soaps and Korean / Taiwanese series are making big bucks. Ka-ching ka-ching $$.

When you find yourself facing something that seems impossible to overcome, take time to sit down and figure out what's really going on. Is it so bloody serious that there's no way out, or is your mind playing tricks on you? If you broke up with your long term partner, yes, it does feel like the walls are falling, the world is ending and you can't live without him/her. But the walls aren't really falling, the world isn't ending, and you are technically STILL breathing. Unless you do something stupid. (Which i highly discourage in any case.)

Say for example, you fought with your best friend because he said something hurtful or disagreed with you. Before you gang bang him or 搞到要绝交的地步, is there really anything in this world that cannot come to a compromise? Must things really go so out of hand?

Nevertheless, we all still love the drama. Despite the pain and agony it may sometimes bring, it is the thrill of it that makes life on this land interesting and memorable. Instead of blowing things out of proportion, why not explore other things for the thrill? Go bungee jumping or something. And before doing anything stupid, analyze and you'll most probably realize that it isn't as bad as it seems. Well, either that or you really are in some serious, tormenting, agonizing deep shit. If that really is the case then...... may the force be with you! *Fist bump.

Oh yes! I finally have the time to relax! :)

What a hectic week... more like hectic weekS. I had midterms the week before, right after that was my National Forum competition, and then i spent the next few days rushing all the homework and stuff i missed out! I still don't have the time to catch up on City Hunter. I mean.. everyone is going crazy over this drama, and well, mainly because, its Lee Min Ho. And that's definitely a good enough reason to watch it haha.

This was my birthday cake from mommy and daddy, didn't really celebrate this year thanks to midterms but it was a nice birthday anyway :)

I'm sixteen but i have the face of a six year old. tsktsk.

That night, i met up with Kok Ken, my good friend from primary school @ Secret Recipe. We caught up with each other and it was really nice seeing him after so long! Thank you for celebrating my birthday with me!

The next day was the last day of exams so my friends decided to treat me to movie and lunch at Mid Valley. We had Thai food... because i love thai food and we watched Xmen. The movie was nice but that metal helmet thingy seriously damn potong steam. Magneto even wore it in red towards the end of the movie. -__-'

Okay this photo was all the way back on Father's day. Super Dad coaster, one of the presents i gave daddy ;)

A week before the forum competition, Ming Suey, Yieu Nee, Xiao May, Yiwen and I moved into the school hostel so we could undergo brutal training for nationals. We spent most of our time gossiping, eating and sleeping actually, but we did work hard as well... i think :O

Yiwen and I somewhere in the midst of practicing, we still had time to camwhore. Girls :')

Our head prefect, ahli panel and peserta puisi reading the book my brother gave me. It's been months and i still have not finished half of it. Duh.

Yiwen and I at the official opening on Monday night at DBP. I remember how nervous we got after seeing the other competitors! It gave us the kick to work harder!

That night, we did our final practice because it is our "ritual" not to rehearse at all on the day of the competition. Cikgu Lida even stayed with us all night.. and bought us satay! :)

Ming Suey probably went crazy after practicing the whole night. Oh no wait... she's always like that!

I remember i was so sienz with memorizing the script over and over again. Never talked so much in my life, i guess the shirt really does match the scene.

Yieu Nee was really the hostel "mom" for all of us. She practically took care of everyone and made sure everyone was comfy and full! xx :)

In the end, we got first! We were so relieved / shocked because the other teams looked really confident so we kinda didn't expect too much. Partly also because we screwed up the soalan that the judge had asked us. We just hoped for the best :)

With the champions for Forum Remaja. They were really really very nice. We met them backstage and I remember telling each other that we would win without a doubt. And hey, we really did! :') But i don't know why this picture is out of focus lol.

Not only did we win first for nationals, we also got Pengerusi Terbaik and Ahli Panel terbaik which was a great great honour. I guess our hard work paid off.

That's all for this post. I'm going to spend the rest of the day just chillaxing... because i haven't been able to do that in a long time. Oh... and maybe i'll go shopping later with all the extra cash... hmmmmm....

Oh WAIT. I forgot... these were from last week when i spent the day with cousins. Emily in pink in a pink toilet. You can totally go blind of pink when you're sitting on the toilet bowl or brushing your teeth in there. But this little girl seems to love it :O

Dinner that Saturday night. I forgot where we went but we all had a few drinks and it was a great night.

I still had energy to shop after that lol. Okay now really, that's it for this post. Adios amigos x

Hey guys, i'm here to blog about random things again. First and foremost, congratulations to KC High for winning so many categories in 八独中! Especially girls volleyball, grats Joelle :) Last night we went to surprise Jsern in school for his 16th birthday! The surprise was kind of a failure, but what the hell... it's the thought that counts right? LOL... I THINK.

Jess and I were busy playing with my phone's camera app. We were trying out many effects, and some were really creepy we almost pee-ed in our pants :/

The night before was Super Junior M's mini concert at Putrajaya! I went there with Xin Mei and AHHHHHHHH I FINALLY GOT TO SEE SJM ♥ I was pretty bumped out when i had to miss Super Junior's SS3 Concert in Malaysia while i was in Taiwan so i'm really thankful they came this time round :') Although Donghae (my bias) didn't come because he was busy filming in Taiwan, i got to see the other members really closeup. It was extremely worth standing there for over 3 hours before the concert started hehehe *crazy fangirl mode*

I didn't take much photos because i was busy recording the whole thing. Reached home at almost 1am, and straight away knocked out on the bed. Until today i'm replaying Henry's Off My Mind, Kyuhyun's rendition of 如果你也听说 and Eunhyuk's Michael Jackson solo performance on my phone over and over again teeheeee :)

Okay now is time for HOT GUY INTRODUCTIONS :)

Okay maybe 'HOT' may not be the word to describe this guy but he is cute isn't he? :) He's from the rookie boyband Boyfriend. His name is Noo Minwoo. Maknae, i may add and he is one month younger than me *omg* Yes, for those of you who have seen the mv i know its a little gay but go watch some other vids of him and you won't be able to deny his utter cuteness.

Okay now THIS GUY *phew-weet* is the third Thai celebrity i've fallen for. The first is Utt, from MTV. Second has gotta be 2PM's Nichkhun and lastly, *dengdeng* Mario Maurer from a Thai love story called 初恋这件小事. I've gotta give loads of credits to Sophia for recommending this movie on a boring day like today because it really is very touching and entertaining. Highly recommended. And yes, this is my first Thai movie i've watched that's not horror. So yeah, we all agree he is eye candy. And no, i'm not a pervert.... Kthxbai :)

On top of the world

Woke up this morning, with Joelle sleeping next to me (I know what you're thinking, sicko) feeling totally soar! But anyhow the KL Towerthon was so bloody awesomeeeeeee :') Especially when you're climbing it with your friends. Before we ran, we kept telling each other, "Oi, later cannot run half way then give up ah. Crawl also must crawl up, die also must die at the top!" Then the 9 of us put our hands together and shouted 2011 before we started.

We had to run 1km to the Menara KL, then climb a total of 2058 steps, 276 meters above sea level. The boys had to "go to war" first, because they were in another category but we cheered for them at the starting point and then it was our turn :O

When we started running i was like omgwtf what did we get ourselves into? The people don't JOG to KL Tower, they RUN FOR THEIR LIVES. Its like finishing the long run exam in our school and still have to climb another 2000 steps. Once we reached KL Tower, the steps going up were so bloody hot, but lucky i had yeobo by my side. The hot and narrow steps, had sweat all over the railings, vomit all over the floor, but thank god we made it to the top! The boys finished it in 20 ~ 30 mins while we took 30 ~ 45 mins.

Oh the sense of accomplishment when you hear the cheering at the top, with everyone clapping and giving high fives and congratulating you. Shop, Party, Live!

My parents went to Singapore for their 27th anniversary so i stayed over at Joelle's house for three days. I definately didn't regret staying back in Malaysia and spending the weekend with my friends!

Day One:
Joelle came over to my house at 8am (super early) We used the computer, and played with chocolate again hehehe. We walked all the way to Guardian to buy hair dye, may i tell you it was a damn hot day. After locking up the house, we went to Mid Valley for shopping! I am sad to announce that, i have no money! ONCE AGAIN! Picture time... and i'm not typing captions today! Too lazy hehehahaha :)

Day Two:
Its time to party! Around 3pm we went to the clubhouse for tennis and baskbetball. Came back all sweaty so everyone had to go back to either Bintang's house or Joelle's house to shower. After that, the music started blaring and the party started! Great day, too lazy to type everything out that. I'll just post some of the pictures here, the rest are at Facebook. Day Three:
Joelle, Jess, Jsern and I slept around 4am and woke up at 10am. After that we just chit-chatted and camwhored. Jessica went home around 1pm while Jsern and I went back at 7pm. After dinner, i literary died on my bed. I was so exhausted! A very fun week, we shall do this again soon! X :)

On the last day of JUEC, i went to watch Child's Eye 3D with my friends in Mid Valley. I'm always curious to see what the girls of 2NE1 are going to wear next. They're music is really different from other K-POP groups. They don't particularly channel sexyness like SNSD or 4Minute, and i guess that's what makes them refreshing for me. Their style is more of hip-hop, funky and sometimes a lil crazy. Kind of like Lady Gaga but with much better fashion sense. I love their music, its always oozing out heaps of GIRL POWER! :)

Hello earthlings! I just love eating, don't you? ;) So here i am, blogging about food again. The owner of the bar asked saw me snapping pictures and he said, "Remember to blog about us!" and i was like OK! -__-'

#01 So, this is Mezze. They serve Mediterranean food, which means Spanish, Italian and what not. While waiting for the food, i was totally revising my Geography on everything Mediterranean hehehe!

#03 My dad kept snatching the camera from me, and took all BLUR photos. -__-'

#04 This was our starter. (I finished the rest of the bread) Its called Pate de Tete. Basically its just meat from the pork's head. Sounds ew but tastes good!

#05 Forgive me for i was super hungry, and forgot to take the picture before eating it. This is their Spaghetti Carbonara btw.

#06 This one was my favourite. It had alot of wine but it was absolutely delicious. Chicken with some wierd name again, didn't bother to remember ;)

I'm gonna introduce you to this place that i love to eat at. Its called Levain, located at Jalan Delima, Kuala Lumpur. It serves brilliant pastries, pastas and cakes along with a great atmosphere which makes you feel like you're in France or Italy!

I have this memory of you, one which i remember very clearly. It was nothing special, nothing extraordinary. Just the finals of the class competition with last five minutes on the clock. You were exhausted and watching closely as the game neared to an end. We were all nervous.. you were nervous. I could see it on your face. When the refree blew the whistle and your team won by a few points, both of us were so relieved. You turned around and laid your head against my waist (i was standing a step higher). You looked up at me, panting. Your blue eyes stared into mine and you said Thank You. I didn't know what i did so i asked. All you said was 'Nth, just knw that I Love You.'

I'm sorry i didn't appreciate you. I know alot of it was my fault. But i was happy to see you today. It was nice to look over, and for once, see you looking back.

#01 It used to be filled with pictures of you :) But not anymore.

Now that exams are over, i've been 'busy' watching re-runs of The Proposal, 17 Again and Angus, Thongs & Perfect Snogging on HBO. After watching it about a million times, i still think that Ryan Renolds, Zac Efron and Aaron Johnson are way cute! :D

#02 In the afternoon, i went to Mid Valley with sweetie Amanda! We watched Despicable Me 3D. DAMN, that show is funny! Best cartoon to date. Rating: 4/5

#03 After the movie, Amanda and i went shopping around. Reached home @ around 5ish. Then, it was back to Mid Valley again with the parents! -.- Mommy and i watched Eclipse. Rating: 3.5/5

Three things I've learnt from this movie:
- Taylor Lawtner is reaaally sexy. But i'm always on Team Edward ♥
- I hate Bella (the character). Girl you can't have both of em! ):
- Screw Malaysia for always cutting out the kissing scenes, pfft.

I got a million homework that has been late for days but still no mood to do. PIANO EXAM in 1 month! I need to read 500 pages on the History of Western Music (ohmyholygod-how-boring-is-that) before 21st June. This whole week everyday got class test, never even read a single one. Even Henry's Chinese Geo got higher marks than me ar tolong ):

Hi everyone C: I'm being such a brat about updating my blog but there's just not enough time! I got bored with the previous layout, so here's a fresh look and a short update while i continue studying. Ish, exams -.-

Li Teng takes over Bangkok!

(This post took me 3 hours to complete, hope you guys will enjoy it)
Finally, an update! But i don't want to bore you, so please only read this if you really got nothing else to do :(

Date: 29th January - 1st February 2010
Venue: Bangkok, Thailand
Event: Family holiday

Day 1:
Left for KLIA at 5 in the morning wtf. Check in and everything, reached at 9 am Bangkok time. The first place we went was to The Grand Palace, previously occupied by King Rama I, II, & III. I'm usually not into all these temples and stuff but omg lah it was seriously GEORGEOUS. I wish i could live there too, awh.

At night we went to this place called Suan Lum Night Bazaar, where we ate and shopped (obviously) I love the food in Bangkok! It makes me grow fat just thinking about it! :)

Day 2:
Wake up call at 6.30am! Breakfast buffet at the hotel lobby and then its of to The Temple of Dawn. Another temple again, i know. We went there by boat, and climbed all the way to the top of the temple which is like.. really really high -.- My parents couldn't climb up because it was too steep, so only my brother and i went. Once we were up there we were like, "Oh shit, how do we get down now."

In the afternoon, we had lunch at Baiyoke Sky. Its the tallest building in Thailand and we were on the 84th floor! After that, we went to the biggest market in the whole of Asia. But i forgot the name, lol. Anyway, when they say big. They mean HUGE. Dinner was world's best Tom Yam (yum) and seafood. Ate till i could die man.

Day 3:
Wake up call at 6am! 2 hour bus ride to Mei Gong river, where the famous floating market is. The river is teh tarik la omg. Just like the Klang river outside our school! I wanted to eat the food there, until i say that they wash the plates in the river too -.- Eww. But, MORE SHOPPING! :)

At night was the best part! THE AH-GUA SHOW! Most of the pictures are HIGHLY not suitable to put on this child friendly blog, so if you are so discusting that you want to see them, please see me privately. HAHA :)

The ah gua's are soooo pretty! In the pictures i didn't upload, they are mostly just naked and harrassing boys (inculding my brother). Watch out all the guys, you better pay attention or you will suddenly find yourself touching their boobs! -.-

Day 4:
This day was dedicated to shopping ONLY. My brother didn't follow us so there are no pictures. My mom and i bought like 30 pieces of dresses, tops, bottoms, scarves etc. We had to buy another luggage to bring back home. LOL! Here are some random sight seeing pictures.

Shopping was definately the best part of the whole trip. I never felt so happy in my life!!! Its time to face the truth, i'm a shopaholic.

OMG as you can see, i've been so busy that I totally forgot i had a blog! -__-' I haven't been here in 3 weeks and have no idea what to type or say, lols.

Shit happens. And when it happens, all you can do is wipe it on the guy who did it to you and walk away. Forgive and forget the small people who are so miserable they don't deserve to stand next to you. No matter how hard it is, the people who really care will always be there to get you through it.

Just like the people here! Don't they look hot? EH, each and everyone of them is avaliable okay! (besides me LOL) I'm feeling so match-makey now. COME COME before all the good ones are gone. HAHA i'm so gonna kena when they read this. Mmg garang :)

And did i mention the class is soooooo cold? I hampir freeze to death in there -__-' But not bad lah, hard to get this kind of "weather" in Malaysia. We are totally causing global warming and destroying the planet. Oh well, blame the school. Over and out!

Time to welcome a new decade!
♥ 2010 ♥

Okay, this sounds so cliche but it's amazing how time flies by so fast! Personally, 2009 hasn't been a very good year for me. There were a lot of ups and downs, a lot of tears accompanied by lots of laughter.

With all the tears, i learnt to not take things for granted. I learnt to love myself a little bit more and i learnt that love is about giving and not taking. Each year is a new lesson and i wouldn't change any bit of it!

Now, what about new year resolutions? I've been thinking about it lately and so far this is what i've thought of:

Eat, live and enjoy! (We're only young once -o-)
Good results, and hopefully i can help that boy get some As' too.
A trip to Japan. (For Hello Kitty duh)
Have an awsome sweet fifteen!
Lots and lots of laughs with my family, friends and loved ones ♥

My resolutions are so simple right? It's good enough for me tho : ) Last but not least, Happy New Year everybody. All the best, from you-know-who.

I had a delicious dinner: a damn big turkey, paella & potato salad (we helped cut them!) After that, we played firecrackers! Luckily we didn't have any "near death experiences" again. *wipes sweat* And then i forgot everything that happened the next day - -'

Had lunch at Fullhouse which is a really really cool concept store that serves great food while you can shop at the same time. Nothing suits me better: Eat and shop!

Around 2pm, I went for Snow Ice at 100 Yen, yay! I ordered that with some chips and was eating until shuang shuang. But stupid Khai keep saying he wanna eat cendol. - -' Then he asked Daniel, "Cendol or this nicer?!" GUESS WHAT HE ANSWERED!

"CENDOL!"

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH *CRY*

After eating at 100 Yen, we walked to KFC. Take away some food and then went to buy Khai's cendol and finally back home. At home, we played chor dai di and Game of Life to pass the time. Yeee Daniel win everything der, don't give other people chance! ;p

I spent the weekend with ze family since my brother is back from Australia, its been nice catching up :)

Yesterday was shopping with Shen Yi, while Daniel & Khai Zheng tagged along. Driver dropped us at Times Square around 1-ish. Shop shop shop, ate ate ate, then got chased out of Starbucks, went to arcade, play play play, then went home! I had a really good time with them :)

Shit, i just remembered i have piano class tomorrow morning. You don't know how much i hate the new teacher. **** HER!

In the afternoon, Mom brought me to Sri Petaling for lunch. I miss the delicious chicken chop they have there! Satisfying lunch :) After dinner, dad had a business meeting so he brought me to Shangrila for supper. It was nice, altho i just sat there and read my book :X

I was so bored today, so i went to find Shen Yi & Khai Zheng. We ended up taking a monorail from KL Sentral to Times Square at around 2-ish. Met up with Daniel & had lunch at Gasoline (after i swore never to go there again). Anyway, it was arcade time after that all the way until 5.30pm.

Went for dinner with mom after that, and reached home around 7pm. No pictures because i didn't bring anything there, literary NOTHING! :X

#06 That's right! The 2009 launched Rock Princess Perfume by Vera Wang is the 8th item on my Christmas wishlist this year! *screams* I. need. to. have. this. period!

#02 This is a Flaming Volcano (not kidding). Its made up of 40 pancakes and 10 scoops of ice cream. Btw, it took us two whole hours to finish this magnificent baby!

Mommy and i went to Robinsons for some shopping last night. I saw this really nice hoodie a couple of days ago but didn't get it bcause the damn price was super duper *cough*expensive*cough*

ANYWAY mommy got it for me, as a present for my "good results." The funny thing is, i haven't even gotten my results :3 I love the hoodie, and somehow i kinda look like BoA when i wear it. LOLLL KIDDING! :)

#03 Sanrio is doing a just plain sweet product line called the Pink Ribbon Campaign. Profits from it go toward early detection, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Hello Kitty is repeating as the Pink Ribbon Festival ambassador this year.

#04 Please remember that KC 24 Festival Drums is performing in the school hall on the 16th of November! Come watch us and get blown away once again :)
